High Reverence, i m Rajendra Sikandar. from Bargarh, out of your busy and most responsible schedule if u can remember me than it is a most pleasent moment for me.
sir I have come across the web site of different state’s vocational courses . I have found out that except orisssa and some few state there is a course in COMMERCIAL ART AND PAINTINGS. i have read the website of rajasthan ,Maharastra. Karnataka etc. It will benefit the student if a course on the above subject will be incorporated in the list. we hope a great art lover like u have a sympathetic vision towards the subject and the bend of students.
On the other hand we are running an NGO THAT IS school of fine art at BARGARH. SINCE 1992. I request u to please provide us permission and aprooval than we need not require to go any other state’s DIRECTORATE FOR EXAMINATION AND CERTIFICATES, Sir it will first full fill the skill deficit in the state and the trained can go outside for their sustainable income.

regards, whether there is any Rule or Regulations with the CHSE,Odisha under which a student is debarred from taking admission in vocational stream, simultaneously or after completion of +2 Arts or Science or Commerce? Whether the school Leaving Certificate or College Leaving Certificate was required to be submitted while taking admission into vocational courses?
