In case of CU, IIT and NISER, Odisha Govt and its lawmakers acted only because of the pressure from public, NROs and other intellectuals. Does the Odisha Govt. have any future plan for higher and primary education of Odisha? I have never read any minister saying the state will have some more universities and colleges in future. How many times the higher education minister of Odisha traveling to Delhi to discuss about the current scenario of education in Odisha? The Odisha Govt is well known for writing letters!!!!
