  Shikha: For teaching you should pursue m.tech and hen Ph.D. Do well in GATE. That will get you into one of the better places (IITs, IISc, NIT etc.) to do M.tech. After B.Tech you can do M. Tech in subjects related to IT. You can also do in subjects related to Maths. For Maths, besides IIT/IISc you may also look at IISERs and NISER. They have (or will soon have) some innovative programs.
