KIIT has approval for 100 Medical (MBBS) and 100 Dentistry (BDS) seats.

Earlier we had mentioned a running headline regarding KIMS (the medical college of KIIT university) getting MCI approval for starting MBBS. But until now there was no proper news report on it. Today Kalinga Times reports that indeed KIIT has received approval from the Ministry of Health and Family Affairs (on recommendations by the MCI and the Dental Council) for 100 Medical (MBBS) and 100 Dentistry (BDS) seats. KIMS now has a new web page.

i hav found concrete answr about mci approval to kims. also i gathered many in4mation abt med. collges in orissa. i askd thousands but found it frm only one i.e orissawatch. thanks

KIMS is openly demanding Rs20lacs as capitation fees for admission under NRI & AIPMT Quota……….similar demand are also put forward for the two other Pvt. Medical colleges in Orissa……….. plz do something about about this rampant corruption.
