The Xavier University proposal sounds good. The University should consider opening a branch campus at Berhampur, which has no quality management Institute as of now, along with the proposed Sambalpur and Balangir.

This proposed univ should be encouraged to come up very fast with branches/study centers in rourkela, sambalpur and berhampur to begin with. The aspiring students of odisha and the easten part of our country can avail themselves of this.
