This news is a bit confusing.How com 2 ESIC colleges when we have not settled the ESIC college matter which was declared first.Or is this some kind of politics because of elections.Development accelerates when election is near.Thats the most embarrassing thing for the people of this country.Still state govt needs to clear whether they are going to start full fledged medical college at Rourkela or just the dental college due to which lot of protest happened in the past.
