One interesting thing to note is that the location of the new Central University of Odisha in Koraput is right in the center of the 4 least literate districts of Odisha.

sir if you dont mind ,can you please tell me the sundargarh sc-st\general ratio???actually thing is that if gc population will be greater that 50% than our mp seat wil be unreserved

The 2001 number is given at http://www.orissa2020.org/other-maps/districtwise-st-and-sc-percentage . That number is 50.74 + 8.78 = 59.52%. The 2011 percentage will not go below 50%. It will be between 58-60%.
