Unitech remains as one of the major developers in the country. Unitech’s ability to deliver on its core strength (real estate) is irrespective of what debacle may have befallen its other endeavours. What remains to be seen however is the response to the recent slowdown to growth proposals in the state and Bhubaneswar. Post recession, some major projects were put on the back burner or are ndefintely limited (Mindtree shelved, ICICI Bank project delayed amongst others).

I heard that unitech shelved its earlier plan n wer goin for one-fourth of the total land projeted…..dat leaves 3 lakh sq.ft of development…plz update me abt dis……..

What is the price per square feet. if some one intends to give in rental purpose, what shall be the minimum price one get
