Following is an excerpt.<em><br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em> &#8216;Lee also said Posco expects to be able to secure all necessary land for its planned 12 million ton-a-year plant in Orissa, India, by the end of 2007, with construction projected to start in the first half of next year.<\/em><br \/>\n<em> Posco is set to invest $12 billion to complete the plant by 2016.
