After  the study report is prepared, the mode of implementation of the project  will be decided. The options to implement the project are either through  PPP (public-private participation) or joint venture, or forming a  special purpose vehicle, sources said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8230; The model plan for  the project is ready. It has been prepared by the Centre for  Environmental Planning and Technology.<\/p>\n<p>The state government had lined up an investment of Rs 120 crore for  developing external infrastructure facilities like water supply,  electricity and roads for the project.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Following is an excerpt from a report in Business Standard.
