Following are some excerpts.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span name=\"advenueINTEXT\" id=\"advenueINTEXT\">The twin cities of  Bhubaneswar and Cuttack have around 50 fertility clinics offering  various treatment options, apart from helping to procure donor eggs and  sperms. &quot;Most couples prefer their own donors for eggs and sperms though  we also arrange them on demand from authorized agencies,&quot; said Dr  Prabhat Nalini Mohanty, another fertility expert in Bhubaneswar. <\/p>\n<p>&quot;We can also help provide a surrogate mother if a family wants,&quot; said  Dr Mohanty, who claims to have performed Orissa&#8217;s first surrogate  delivery last year. <\/p>\n<p>The cost of treatment varies from person to  person depending on treatment options. &quot;It can cost anything between Rs  50,000 to over a lakh.
