sir,but what if a student finds a better college in second round counselling?.even if we change the college and the seat is filled by someone who had’nt qualified o-jee or a big rank holder than the available seats,will that candidate pay the same fees as we will(provided we hadn’t changed the college or he have to pay extra.if it is then what will be the amount.
