  Dear sir few months ago my bsnl connection suffer those person who call us. bsnl complaint center ignore my all complaints computerized complaint system is totaly useless.so i think this request is do something my telephone no. is 0161 2532353
  problem is– if the person calling me, then my telephone is not responding but second time dial call connected. maximum incoming calls is reject. it means every first call rejected due to some error in your system. three times change my telephone set but problem is not solved i think it is technical fault so this my deep request solve my problem as soon as possible my Alternative no.is 01612538824 :RAJIV

  Dear Sir:
  Since 6th Oct., my tel not working i.e. 2545000. Also there is another two tel no. i.e. 2547613 and 2545556 which are beng used at my residence and belongs to UMSL and IMFA are also not working absolutely.

  There is some intentional cause behind the telephone lines not functioning.

  Pl take immediately step.

  The complaint nos. DSKAA602, DSKAA5418 & DSKAA567.

  sir,
  i am scaria p.t from thodupuzha.i have a bsnl landline connection, no is 04862202150,this connection is under vengallure exchange,thodupuzha.we took the connectio in 1993.we are living in manakkadu panchayath,but we have been giving fixed rent as according to the muncipalty for past fifteen years.we have given proof that we are living in manakkadu panchayath to the bsnl office,thodupuzha.we have been approaching the bsnl office for past 6 months for refund, but still no action has been taken. so i request you to take necessary action as early as possible

  Sir, Our telephone No. 2570086 is out of order since long. It is an office no. It is installed in the chamber of Project Engineer, (P&D), Office of the Member Secretary, Orissa Water Supply & Sewerage Board, Satya nagar, near PHD guest house. I lodged a complaint on 18.7.2009. But till date no action is being taken. Whenever I am asking in 198, he is giving me the SDO mobile no & JE Mobile No. But calling in the SDO No./JE No. they are not responding about it. Kindly restore the above no. immediately.

  Sir,I am the BSNL Broadband Customer Plan 500 Combo Home no 0671-2442054,At first month my bill is problematic but i neglect to inform the BSNL care but now i recieve one message from bsnl to my mobile that my bill ammount is 4632 rupees what is the real charge and i want to know that how can it exceeds above my plan while i don’t use ur broadband at day time except night time please send me to tal uses report and total call report as i said and reply me with solving my problem as soon as possible otherwise there must be another way to clear the problem by myself that is consumer forum so try to solve the problem without forum because i damn sure that this is the BSNL server problem

  SIR

  I would like to draw your kind attention to the problems faced by the users=
  of broadband.
  I am a resident of NABHA. My telephone no (01765 220855 )is not working fro=
  m last 20 days. Instead of repeated complaints no satisfactory action has b=
  een taken by the BSNL employees. I have a broadband connection . 20 days ag=
  o my phone STOPS workiing. After 3 or 4 complaints emplooyes come to rectif=
  y the error and they started the phone but due to their chnages our NET sto=
  ps working. ADSL was not coming at all . Then we again complained at 1500 f=
  or the net problem . From friday to=A0 wednesday every day we give a compal=
  int and only a telephone comes from the exchage asking about the problem bu=
  t not any action was taken. Then on wednesday at last our NET STARTS WORKIN=
  G BUT THE TELEPHONE AGAIN BECOME DEAD. Sir i think its more then 20 days we=
  are facing problem regarding BSNL. I will be highly oblized if u will reso=
  lve it. Moreover your call center employyes=A0 of 1500 didnot give us compl=
  aint no . They said we will see to your problem their is no need of
  companit no.. we have complined more than dozens of time only one time tha=
  y have given us compalint no which is 71105.

  sir plz look into the matter seriosly. The harrsemants faced by=A0 customer=
  s are not good for BSNL repution

  i have taken a broadband connection no.0671 2308550.since the beginning it is not functioning properly inspite of repeated complaints.only hollow promises were given resulting in mental agony and loss.even the attitude of ur sde one mr.kumar is rude and shocking.is this the way u treat ur customers?

  my mobile no.9417801550 Patiala(Punjab)pin 147001 ,my number was not properly function.When i ring any person it is connected and immediately disconnect.Due to this so, many calls are fails .Now it is requested please look into the matter,reply as urgent as posible

  Dear Sir I have Evidio brodband No.BDKMW 9192940089.But i am not getting the bill in time and also not able to pay your bill in time.just we pay your bill by requesting in your payment counter and get the hand recipt.One more complain that By concting the brond band by my Land line No.06784 240902 i am able to conect the net but when i am go throw EVidio i am not conected to Nokia OVI Store or OVI PLAYER.Please solve this as soon as possible.

  Sub: Complaint for telephone No -223177-outgoing call not working.
  Sir,
  The outgoing call on my Telephone is not going for which complaint has been lodged on 14.05.10. Please note that I am unable to avail the free call allowed on my telephone since outgoing call not working. I therefore request you to repair immediately and the telephone bill to be reduced proportionately as I could not avail the free call allowed due to the fault in the telephone.

  Sir,
  My telephone is not working last one month,verbal and written complaints have made so many times.But still there is no action from the side of BSNL.

  I am requesting you to take necessary action & repair this phone connection immediately.

  Sir,
  My broad band connection wasdisrrupted following a cablecut and after long 15 months it though rectified but without my BB service. I havebeen running from piller to post for its reconnection including the SDO and even the DGM Balasore.But the ZTO insists to pay the outstanding bill against the rental of the disconnected period first and claim the rebate later to reconnect. Most of the persons of Bhograi have surrendered their telephone and others too planning in the same way.
